INOVASI TATA KELOLA PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH DI KABUPATEN BANTAENG

This study discusses innovative governance which is an assessment of the acceleration and improvement governance. The method used in this a qualitative with unit analysis for regional government Bantaeng Regency. technique determining informants done by purposive, data collection in-depth interview techniques, observations, documentation, webinars, online data. Data includes several stages, namely reduction, presentation, after selected analyzed using Nvivo 12 plus, then conclusions are drawn. results showed that factors determine success local (1) leaders & leadership, (2) institutions, (3) modernization public sector, (4) organized civil society, (5) democratic traditions or culture, (6 ) level trust, (7) communication, coordination, synergy. Building requires strategies, community involvement, utilization cooperation, integrated services, information technology, decentralization. To accelerate innovation, it recommended to apply collaborative model between institutions/agencies theme each program activity.
